Damascus Skinner Knife

Well, I think I have a pretty good handle on making "skinner" or "camp" knives. I really like the shape of these. These knives are far from finished, but I'm getting there.

My next step is grinding (edge geometry), heat treat (harden), and temper. After that, I'll etch these (they will be beautiful) with ferric chloride and put handles on them (fit and finish).

And the very last thing to do is to put a razor sharp edge on them. That's when they will be knives!
